Free estimates are provided upon request and are based on an initial assessment of the project.Estimates may be subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise during the job (e.g., hidden damage, additional labor requirements).Pricing is confirmed before work begins, and payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.Emergency services are available, but response times may vary based on demand.

5. Property Access & Responsibilities

The customer must ensure that Texoma Dirty Works has full access to the property for scheduled services.It is the responsibility of the property owner to mark underground utilities, irrigation systems, or any other hidden obstacles before work begins.Texoma Dirty Works is not liable for damages caused by unmarked underground utilities or unforeseen obstructions.

6. Liability & Damage

We take every precaution to perform services safely and professionally. However, Texoma Dirty Works is not responsible for damage to landscaping, structures, or personal property resulting from natural tree conditions or unforeseen hazards.Customers are required to disclose any pre-existing property conditions that could affect the work being performed.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.We accept major credit cards, checks, and online payment methods.Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

8. Warranties & Guarantees

Texoma Dirty Works guarantees that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.We do not guarantee the survival of trees after trimming or treatment, as tree health depends on multiple environmental and biological factors.

9. Refund Policy

Deposits may be non-refundable if significant preparation work has been completed before cancellation.Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

Texoma Dirty Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
